Year 7 vaccinations and Year 8 catch-up vaccinations will be held on Wednesday 2 March.
The second dose will be held Thursday 27 October.
Year 10 vaccinations will be held on Thursday 3 March.
Parent Information Kits, which include an information sheet, consent form and privacy statement, have been sent home to parents/guardians. Please contact the school on 6372 1533 if your child did not receive one.
In 2022 the following vaccines will be offered:
Year 7 students and Year 8 catch-up
- Diphtheria-Tetanus-Pertussis (dTpa) – 1-dose schedule
- Human Papillomavirus (HPV) (Gardasil9) – 2-dose HPV vaccine course with at least 6 calendar months.
Year 10 students and Year 11 catch-up
- Meningococcal ACWY (MenACWY) 1 dose.
To consent to the vaccination of their child, parents/guardians are advised to:
- Read all the information provided.
- Complete the consent form, including signing their name next to the vaccine/s they would like their child to receive.
- Return the completed consent form to school by Friday 25 February.
- Ensure that their child eats breakfast on the day of the school vaccination clinic.
