External visitors sign in requirements

With the COVID-19 spike in Victoria and clusters in NSW, the Department of Education requires all visitors to the school to complete an External Visitors to School Site form. 

If an intending visitor presents at the site who is unwell, that visit cannot take place. 

If an incident were to occur at the school, completion of the form allows for easier contact tracing.
