Due to the introduction of a new finance system at Mudgee High, cash refunds are no longer available for the Year 12 book deposit.
Book deposit refunds are now only available as direct deposit into a bank account. No cash refunds.
Year 12 students have been issued with a letter and an Application for Year 12 Book Deposit Refund form. Anyone eligible for a refund must complete the form with all fields clearly filled out and signed by a parent/caregiver.
The completed form must be returned to the school office prior to or on Year 12 sign out day, Tuesday 13 November 2018.
Closing date for applying for a refund is 14 December 2018.
No refunds can be given after this date.
