Our principal and staff
Our school team is committed to every student’s learning, wellbeing and sense of belonging. We work together to create a supportive and inclusive school where every child is set up for success.
Welcome from our principal
Welcome to Mudgee High, a rural comprehensive school catering for more than 800 students from Years 7 to 12. The school is located in the Central West of New South Wales, a region well-known for its beauty, tourism, agriculture and mining.
Mudgee High has served the local community for more than 100 years and possesses a well-respected history of academic, cultural and sporting achievement. The comprehensive curriculum offered allows students to access a wide range of courses for both university and non-university pathways. Our school has an excellent track record for transition success.
Mudgee High has a strong relationship with the broader community and enjoys a supportive Parents and Citizens Association and an equally supportive local Aboriginal Education Consultative Group.
We encourage you to explore our website and discover how we can support your child's academic journey.
